I would highly recommend Jim (or Inner Summit Wellness) to anyone looking to break out of the injury/rehab cycle and take more ownership of their recovery process.
Jim helped me learn to listen to my body and does a great job progressing or regressing exercises according to my body's feedback. He also helped me understand the purpose of exercises and empowered me to take an active role in my recovery. As an added bonus, Jim's flexible scheduling is a big help for a new father working full time.
